Horshoe Bay!

We spent last weekend at Horshoe Bay. Gracie had so much fun swimming in the kiddie pool there. She loved to play with the water that was squirting out of the ground. She is a water bug!

KayKay & Papa Came to Visit

KayKay and Papa came to visit me! We had so much fun. KayKay helped me pick and smell the flowers. I love to be "outsi" these days...or at least that is what I call it. Papa took me to the Spray Park in the neighborhood. We had so much fun getting wet on a hot afternoon. Thank you for coming to see me KayKay and Papa! Picking Flowers with KayKay
They smell good!

I love to watch the other kids at the spray park
I got sprayed!
Papa walked me through all the water. We laughed so hard!
I can't figure out where the water is coming from.
Papa don't go too far away!

Swimming with Daddy!

After the lake we went to Wichita Falls for Daddy to have a business meeting. He took me swimming in Bebe and Grandad's pool. I had so much fun. Ever since starting swim lessons Gracie has had no fear of the water. She jumps in with out being asked to and loves going under water. Here are a few pictures of her and her Daddy swimming.

We love the lake!

We went to Possum Kingdom last week end and took four other families. We had so much fun hanging out and enjoying the water. Before we left Gracie pulled Bella's collar off the counter and gave herself a black eye. This was Gracie's first trip to PK this summer. She loved playing with the other babies Claire and River. She is in love will babies. She would sit and rub River's head and give him hugs and kisses. We hope she is like this with her baby sister! They all had fun playing in the pool, swimming in the lake and playing the piano. They were quite the trio.

I loved playing the piano for everyone.

Gracie is going to have a little sister!!

We are so excited to announce that Gracie will have a little sister. I have always wanted a sister so I am glad she will get to have one. The last week of October is when we will do the C-Section. She looks healthy despite me getting swine flu a few weeks ago. Dr. Carter has ordered another sonogram in July to double check everything to be on the safe side, but he said he isn't worried about the baby anymore. We haven't decided a name yet but will keep you posted!

Cousin Becky Came to Visit

Cousin Becky came to visit Gracie. We had so much fun hanging out with her. We ate lunch at Tin Star and then went to JD's and got a cookie. Here is a picture of her and I. We are off to the Dr. to find out if I am having a brother or sister. We will post again in the morning!

Sorry it has been so long since I posted. Nonnie took the Granddaughters on a wonderful trip to Vegas over Memorial Day and I came home with the flu. I am doing much better now, but it wiped me out for an entire week. While I was gone Bebe and Grandad came to help Tyler with Gracie. They had so much fun! They worked in the yard, painted windows and deep cleaned our house. It was so nice to come home. Here are some pictures of Grandad helping Gracie clean off
after yard work.

This is a lot of work...I need a drink

Last Day of Music class

We have been going to Ms. Jill's music class for the entire semester with our playgroup. We had so much fun singing and using the instruments. Here are a few pics of Gracie on our last day of class. Thanks for making it so much fun for us Ms. Jill!

Gracie's Last Day at MDO

Today is Gracie's last day at Mother's Day Out for the year. She has loved going every Monday to sing, paint, read and play in the big "playroom". Her teachers are Ms. Sharon, Ms. Elvia, and Ms. Dionne. Here is a picture of her last day with her teachers. Ms. Sharon is going back to nursing at Children's this year so we will miss her!
